Please read our contract carefully
7 Pluses Group (LLC), is doing business in discount cards and coupons, and selling these online to various customers globally, hereinafter called "The Company"
The Company is accepting sales from various customers globally through the Company's website and/or the platform/mobile app, hereinafter called "the Customer or the Buyer"
Hereinafter collectively called "the Products"
The above preceding preamble is part of this contract.
The sale amount is the amount customer is buying the products in local currency or any other major currencies through the Company's website and/or the platform/mobile app.
The Customer must be aware and agree that not all coupons are with gifts, some of them are with "Try Again" but the Customer can use and redeem all coupons purchased to receive a discount within 90 days from the purchase date at any of our Merchants Stores (check Merchants List on our Website and/or Platform/mobile app).
The Company has the policy of NO RETURNS AND NO REFUND for products purchased. Both parties agree with this policy.
The winning Customers agree with our marketing policies, that the Company will publish on our social media, marketing materials, website, and platform/mobile app, details of the winner such as:
This information will be published before releasing the prizes won by the Customer. Also, in some cases, the Company will ask the winner to come to our office or any other events place for celebration of handover the prizes and create a video for our marketing purposes.
This Contract shall be construed with and governed by the laws of MOROCCO only, and the parties by their execution hereof shall be deemed to have submitted irrevocably to the exclusive jurisdiction of Morocco. (No other Laws in any other Country is accepted).
Herein the Customer certifies and confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed with all the above terms and conditions.
This Contract does not need the Customer's signature. The Customer is accepting the whole contract electronically while creating a new account on the Company's website and/or the platform/mobile app.
